Degenerative Joint Disease, commonly known as Osteoarthritis, is a condition where the protective cartilage of the joints gradually wears down over time. It is one of the most common causes of joint pain, especially in older adults.

It mainly affects weight-bearing joints like knees, hips, and spine, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.
